HELP ME PLZ ANYONE

HI guys its me hateschool you guys have prob seen me here but not online and are wondering why he is never online well i will tell you way my computer wont download the client and if it does it just bringa an icon no fikle in the friken icon so if anyone know how i can download it without getting a freakin blank scree icon as my ms i would love to see but for the while i will be playing wizard101 and i know it looks stupid but it acually pretty fun so just post here if you know how to i always check the froums so ya hope some on can help me
